As its CEO and Founder, I bring over 15 years of experience in the office environment and a decade as a social service case manager. My expertise lies in managing confidential data collection, mastering client management software, and delivering administrative solutions.

 

I've always been driven to help people surmount challenges and achieve personal and professional growth. I firmly believe that when entrepreneurs are equipped with a plethora of resources, their success is not a possibility but a certainty. Through LuvenSmilez, I channel my passion for knowledge into helping budding business owners.

 

LuvenSmilez first saw the light of day in August 2010 with an adorable mission - to spread joy among children worldwide through letters from Santa Claus. Looking back at this initiative, I can't help but chuckle and ask myself, "What was going through my mind?" Despite my excitement about the letter-writing venture, I never sold a single letter. But that's perfectly fine. Over time, LuvenSmilez evolved into a vital resource for small businesses.

 

I found myself assisting small business owners with tasks like copywriting, identifying grants, devising innovative marketing strategies, creating training videos, and lending my voice to corporate training videos and audiobooks. Even though my background isn't in business and my degree is in Community Services and Sociology, I became the trusted advisor for friends launching their businesses. What came naturally to me was researching resources, but what truly amazed me was the creative ways I could apply those resources.

 

In 2015, I recognized the potential of LuvenSmilez and decided to take it to the next level by opening a Virtual Office. Now, I am wholly committed to helping small business owners enhance their online presence.
